4 – 6 Throgmorton Avenue, City of London, EC2

The Federation of Oils, Seeds and Fats Associations Ltd (FOSFA) is a professional international contract issuing and arbitral body concerned exclusively with the world trade in oilseeds, oils and fats with 1,169 members in 88 countries.  FOSFA which had an unusual requirement for offices that could be made into flexible meeting room areas for the purposes of arbitrations and seminars. As a result locating the right configuration of space with large open plan areas and limited columns was essential. In a relatively small office, this proved to be very challenging. However eventually 4-6 for a walk now Throgmorton Avenue was spotted during refurbishment and was pre-let before the space with widely marketed.
