Jack received very good news from the RICS that he had passed his Assessment of Professional Competence at the first attempt to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor.
It’s a high bar nowadays requiring diligent attention to the demands of the Institution and to uphold the expectation of clients and the general public that Member’s advice and service will be of the highest standard and integrity.
There’s a strong possibility of a few celebratory glasses!
