Fred joined BBG in summer 2018 and is an integral member of the agency team working alongside Tom and David.
Having completed an MSc in Real Estate at The University of Reading , Fred joined Derrick Wade Waters gaining experience in Valuation and Landlord and Tenant advising both owners and occupiers on rent reviews and lease renewals.
Fred completed his Assessment of Professional Competence with the RICS in May 2019 and is now a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
