BBG has represented Clarke Willmott since it opened its first office in London in order to expand from its traditional west country base in Bristol. After a spell in serviced offices, a floor in 1 Chancery Lane was selected as the first London HQ for its proximity to the law courts, prominent corner location and the competitive terms we were able to negotiate with the landlord.
Five years on and the firm had expanded sufficiently to look for bigger offices. At the time, supply in Midtown was tight and headline rents had pushed on, so better value was to be found in the City core. A newly refurbished floor of 4,500 sq.ft. in St Helen’s Place was selected for its efficient layout, ideally suited to CW’s corporate layout of open plan offices and high meeting room content and the firm moved in in early Spring of 2018. The fit-out was designed and project managed by Workplace Creations.
