What we did

This practice headquartered in the Home Counties required a larger but flexible Central London office after the merger/acquisition with another London-based firm. This space had to be a solution that would please and unite the merging cultures to inspire, retain and recruit talent. After presenting the client with various options and conducting several viewings we inspected 91 Wimpole Street recently opened by The Office Group. In the client’s mind cleverly designed communal spaces also offered our client open plan kitchen and break-out facilities, private phone booths, laptop booths and desks away from the town office. The space encourages collaboration, informal one to ones in a relaxed but professional environment. Our client has subsequently expanded within the building, saving moving and disruption costs.
