Location: “Tech London” area. So near Old Street or Shoreditch stations was ideal
Size: 4 workstation office with generous break-out space.
Term: 12 month. Control of predictable overheads and flexibility to adapt to increased headcount were paramount

Significant details: The space had to offer a positive, creative, professional tech environment where a team can work creatively and collaboratively and welcome clients.
What we did
Nick researched then showed them relevant availability and arrange viewings offered by with a number of London’s flexible office operators within the company’s budget.
We alighted upon highlighted SPACES as IWG’s exciting brand response to operators in the flexible office market like WeWork, The Office Group, TechSpace and Mind Space . In the client’s mind SPACES provided attractive, modern, open plan workspace and private offices with a young vibe and professional techie atmosphere, in desirable and convenient locations.
We negotiated for the SPACES management team to divide one of their larger offices into two, allowing our client to take one of the offices at a relevant size and a very competitive monthly licence fee. They then provided our client with a menu of furniture options as part of the package from which they could bespoke the office.
The clients move-in within the one month timescale was seamless and we remain in close contact to support them as and when their needs change.
