This was an off-market deal in which BBG secured InfraRed Capital Partners first Central London asset for the Investment Manager for £25m. The building is located directly opposite Embankment tube station and is a mix of ground floor retail and offices that, at the time of the purchase, were at the end of their economic life and ripe for refurbishment. InfraRed has subsequently undertaken an extensive repositioning of the offices and, on completion of lettings, GDV will be in excess of £35m.
