BBG are delighted to advise that we have acquired the 3rd floor of One London Wall on behalf of our client, a Canadian Asset Management firm. A 10 year lease was signed to occupy the 3rd floor, comprising 20,647 sq ft, 5,000 sq ft was simultaneously sublet and will be used as future growth space.
