BBG acquires new EC3 offices for insurance specialist Ambant Ltd

BBG Real Estate Advisers are pleased to announce the acquisition of c.3,200 sq.ft. offices at Marlow House, Lloyds Avenue EC3, on behalf of Ambant Ltd. The competitive deal enabled Ambant to both to upgrade and double the size of their space, with minimal disruption to staff, as their former offices are situated on the other side of the street.
