BBG Real Estate Advisers are pleased to announce the purchase of 145 Leadenhall Street EC3 on behalf of a syndicate of the specialist property fund management and asset management firm, Fletcher King.
The property comprises c.16,000 sq.ft. and is located opposite the Lloyds of London insurance market. Fletcher King will comprehensively refurbish the property with a view to repositioning it in the market. BBG is retained to let the vacant office space.
