BBG Agrees the Sale of Prime King’s Cross Freehold

BBG Real Estate Advisers has sold the freehold interest in Bacta House, King’s Cross, N1 on behalf of client Create REIT Ltd. The canal-side office was sold for £3.50m to F & C UK Property Fund reflecting a net initial yield of 4.98% and a capital value of £806 per sq ft.

BBG let the building to advertising company BrandPie Ltd for a 10 year term in July 2013.
