BBG Agrees the Sale of Self-Contained EC1 Office to Owner Occupier

BBG Real Estate Advisers have successfully advised and sold the long leasehold interest of the ground floor at 1 Lamb’s Passage, EC1 on behalf of client Nicholas King Homes. The office was sold for £2.175 million to Stewardship Services for their own occupation. The deal represented a capital value in excess of £350 per sq ft for office accommodation in shell condition.
