Having just acquired a new lease on Maple and Midford, a restored 20,000sqft. warehouse/office building just off Tottenham Court Road, pioneering artificial intelligence (AI) drug development company, Benevolent AI, have now also completed on the disposal of their 6,000sqft office in Churchway, Euston NW1 to motor sales site, Cazoo.

BBG advised Benevolent AI in both transactions thus enabling Benevolent AI to focus on their mission seeking cure for major diseases.

Benevolent AI is a tech company at the forefront of using AI and machine learning as a tool for speeding up drug discovery.  The firm is making great strides in to research for Parkinson’s Disease, Alzheimer’s and many other diseases.
