BBG Real Estate Advisers have completed on the letting of the second floor at 6 – 7 Queen Street, EC4, to GlobalView on behalf of Colliers Capital.

Earlier this year BBG Real Estate Advisers advised Colliers Capital, acting on behalf of a pension fund, on the purchase of the head leasehold interest of 6 – 7 Queen Street.
