BBG complete off market sale of 145 Leadenhall Street

BBG Real Estate Advisers have sold 145 Leadenhall Street on behalf of Fletcher King for an undisclosed sum.
The building was bought by BBG at the end of 2013 on behalf of a private syndicate managed by Fletcher King. Fletcher King subsequently carried out a comprehensive refurbishment of the building and BBG completed a successful letting campaign of the vacant space, achieving a top headline rent of £61.50 per sq ft. BBG continue as leasing agents on behalf of the new owners.
