Contemporary city-centre venue specialist etc.venues has signed a lease to open its 15th London location at 50-52 Chancery Lane, WC2, in Autumn this year.
A lease was taken over the 28,500sqft building in the heart of London’s Midtown, home to many of London’s leading legal, accountancy and media firms.
etc.venues was advised by BBG whilst Farebrother advised the assignor, The Legal Education Foundation.
