BBG has been appointed by a private UK investor to sell two city freeholds in the submarkets of Farringdon and Clerkenwell.

Dunstan House, in the heart of Farringdon, is a building of approximately 13,500 sq ft, multi-let with reversionary income and a planning consent to add 2,350 sq ft of NIA.

39 Moreland St, EC1, lies between Clerkenwell and Angel and provides unique office floors in a 19th century chapel that was refurbished and extended in 2013. Also multi-let and reversionary, the building will appeal to a broad range of investors.

On behalf of their client, BBG is seeking offers in excess of £12.25m for Dunstan House and offers in excess of £7.00m for 39 Moreland St.
