BBG Family Client checks into Palace Surgery

Palace Surgery in Fulham Palace Rd, SW6 is the third investment purchase by BBG on behalf of a private family office which paid £2.475m for the GP surgery leased to NHS Property Services Ltd for 15 years with RPI linked rent reviews. The net initial yield was 3.84%.
