BBG launches newly refurbished 36 – 38 Botolph Lane, EC3

In a third BBG marketing event within a month a breakfast launch of investment manager Fletcher King’s latest City project attracted over 120 active London letting agents to view the building.
Offering a building of 13,000 sq ft in floors from 1,800 sq ft the agents were introduced to the high class refurbishment (more akin to a new building) with fully warranted air conditioning and raised floors and flexible, column free offices with natural light from two principal elevations and a premier quality entrance and common parts.
Cycling aficionado and Fletcher King partner Paul Andrews had specific input to the Velodrome inspired bicycle storage room.
