BBG pipped by Apple

Perhaps not surprisingly Apple’s pre-let of 500,000 sq ft at Battersea Power Station won the “West End Deal of the Year” at the OAS Awards lunch in June – an interesting testimony to the expansion of London that a deal south of the River should be awarded the leading “West End” accolade!
But two nominations for BBG (for The Economist at The Adelphi and NewDay at King’s Cross) was certainly not too shabby.
