Nick was formerly MD of Office Experts and represented an impressive roster of clients from the tech, media, charity, financial and legal sectors for space to accommodate from 1 to 200 people. Nick has real time visibility on the fast moving availability and pricing of the nearly 300 serviced offices and co-working centres in central London, as well as managed solutions, to source then negotiate the most competitive terms for BBG clients.

Over the past 5 years serviced and co-working offices have doubled in significance and now account for 14 % of annual office take up.  Nick’s experience enables him to work as a trusted advisor, aiding clients in choosing spaces that best suit their unique needs and working with them again years later prior to their renewal to help them plan for their evolving needs and aspirations, be that serviced, managed or leased space.
