The elegant Grade II listed building has been the home of Workplace Creations since 2013. During that time Workplace Creations completed an internal renovation using bare faced brick and hardwood floor finishes, a breakout area and meeting rooms with enhanced IT connectivity in the contemporary industrial style characteristic of Bermondsey Street.

As Workplace Creations (advised by BBG) expanded it leased two floors in the neighbouring Vintage Yard building (60-61 Bermondsey Street), keen to secure a larger floorplate whilst remaining in this vibrant location close to Vinegar Yard and  the Shard, enjoying the pan London connectivity of London Bridge mainline and underground services.

BBG was instructed to market the space at 59 Bermondsey Street in August . After just 2 months on the market, the floors were placed under offer to a real estate investment company. The assignment completed in December 2020.

Workplace Creations was quick to build a strong relationship with the incoming occupier, providing a bespoke fit-out including new shower facilities and bike racks.

We are delighted to have secured an early letting  for our client despite a challenging market.
