We are delighted to confirm that we have advised FGS Global on the exchange of contracts for acquisition of the 6th, 8th and 9th floors of Brettenham House, a landmark Art Deco building overlooking the Thames, which is being comprehensively refurbished by Helical PLC. This letting totals 23,887 sq ft of prime office space including a private terrace benefiting from spectacular views of The Thames.
