bbg recently acted for Mosaic Insurance securing the group a new 14,498 sqft office space at 33 Gracechurch Street, EC3. The high-quality, newly refurbished office within a 5-minute walk of Lloyd’s of London, was a great fit for our client’s brief.
This successful collaboration with Mosaic supports their real estate requirements and exciting business growth objectives. bbg’s role involved researching and locating the available space as well as negotiating a 10-year lease agreement for the premises ensuring favourable terms for our client.
