The Economist Group’s previous subtenant at The Adelphi was due to leave in May and the space had received interest from another tenant in the building. bbg recommended putting the available space on the market and informed all other occupiers of the site to generate interest for a new letting. The net result of this approach was that we generated significant interest which consequently led to a best bids situation. We are delighted to see Kearney leasing the space with completion taking place within two months of commencing marketing.
