Fergus Findlay

Fergus joined the BBG leasing and investment agency team after a stint specialising in portfolio asset management and sustainability in a West End practice.

After graduating with a BA (Hons) in Music and Sound Engineering, Fergus completed the MSc in Real Estate at Reading University (to take BBG’s complement to four from that august University).

Fergus has a track record in implementing green initiatives, including energy optimisation in commercial properties, and in employing data analytics through the likes of Power BI (Business Intelligence) to further enhance BBG’s property reporting to clients.

A native of the serene landscapes of Scotland, Fergus hails from the vicinity of Newtonmore, within a shout of the renowned Dalwhinnie Whisky Distillery (and is promising to share his product knowledge with the BBG crew!)
