Will Newton

Will joined bbg as a Senior Surveyor from Colliers with a strong background in Professional Advisory nationwide as well as experience in City of London projects including ratings and valuations.

Will achieved a BSc Hons in Real Estate from the University of the West of England before joining Colliers, where he gained valuable expertise whilst studying for the assessment of professional competence. Qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in late 2023 and going onto to work with APC students as part of his role has been great preparation for Will’s recent work with the bbg graduate team.

Since joining bbg, Will has worked closely with a number of the firm’s long standing clients whilst also helping to generate new business, new instructions as well as successful leasing transactions. His work is focused on delivering practical advice for occupiers and landlords across central London office markets with a main focus on the City Core market.

Passionate about travel and cultural exploration, Will had an 8-month sabbatical in South and Central America prior to joining bbg, where he brushed up his language skills by attending Spanish school and also volunteered with local families in Peru, gaining invaluable insight into the Amazon’s rural life. When not planning his next adventure, he enjoys immersing himself in City life, training and completing the London Landmark Half Marathon as well as the recent Barcelona 2026 Marathon and, keeping up bbg tradition, cycling on a regular basis.
