We are pleased to announce that BBG Real Estate Advisers, acting on behalf of Galbraith’s, have successfully disposed of the 5,448 sq.ft. 1st floor of Bridgegate House, 124-126 Borough High Street SE1. Having located and agreed terms with a new tenant, Wanstor, BBG simultaneously completed a surrender of Galbraith’s lease.
