We are delighted to report that the Poppy Building is now fully let.

This confirms the recent letting of the 1st floor at the Poppy Building in Clerkenwell. Quinyx agreed to take the 1^st floor space in conjunction with their existing space on the 2nd floor in a 5-year deal including a regear on their existing 2nd floor lease. It’s great to see the tenant expanding within this fantastic building.
